Recent trip to WAYNE CHAMBERS GALLERY, Savannah, GA
My husband Ron and I recently returned from a trip to Naples, Florida, with a stop in Savannah, Georgia, to visit my friend and fellow artist, Wayne Chambers.   Wayne is  an internationally recognized and collected watercolor artist.  He served as the resident artist for the Mercer House which was featured in the movie, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.  He was also my art instructor before he moved to Savannah several years ago.  Check out his web site at www.waynechambers.com

It was such a pleasure to see him again and visit his new gallery on York Street in historic Savannah.  The gallery is just as I expected...very elegant and full of his beautiful work.  He even has a grand piano in there, and entertained us with his talent for playing and singing.  We were so lucky to have a private tour of the city with Wayne as our guide.   Included in the tour was his former residence and gallery, (currently for sale) and well as his present home.  Our night ended with going out to dinner with he and his friend and neighbor.   Good food and great company.  I just love Wayne and am looking forward to participating in a workshop soon.
